Product Description:
a. High-precision 6-channel vibration measurement EVB-01 Pro delivers precise, real-time vibration measurement across six channels, including 3-axis acceleration and 3-axis gyroscope. It supports selectable acceleration ranges from ±2 g to ±16 g, gyroscope ranges from ±125 to ±4,000 °/s, and sampling rates from 12.5 Hz up to 6,666 Hz, capturing everything from slow structural motion to high-frequency machine vibration.
b. Browser-based wireless access Users can view live waveforms on a phone, tablet, or laptop without installing software or downloading an app. The sensor works out of the box as its own Wi-Fi hotspot in AP Mode or can join an existing Wi-Fi network. The interface can also be added to the home screen for one-tap, full-screen access.
c. Real-time waveform visualization The live waveform display streams all axes in real time with smooth, GPU-accelerated graphics. It supports mouse and touch controls for zooming and panning, adjustable time windows, and switchable engineering units, including g or m/s² and °/s or rad/s. Optional gravity compensation and tare functions ensure readings reflect true motion in any mounting orientation.
d. Built-in FFT frequency analysis Onboard FFT analysis converts vibration signals into a live frequency spectrum with up to 8,192-point resolution, averaging, dB scaling, and logarithmic views. This helps users identify key vibration frequencies related to imbalance, misalignment, looseness, resonance, bearing wear, and other machine conditions.
e. Standalone onboard recording Built-in flash memory enables lossless, gap-free data recording directly on the sensor. EVB-01 Pro supports timed or continuous recording modes, live remote monitoring during recording, and instant graphing once the recording is complete.
f. Traceable data export Each capture can be exported as waveform or FFT spectrum CSV files with complete measurement metadata, including device information, sample rate, measurement ranges, filter settings, capture time, and user notes. The exported data is ready for further analysis in Excel, MATLAB, Python, or other engineering tools.

We stand behind the quality of every EVident Battery product. If you’re not fully satisfied with your vibration sensor, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, provided the item is in its original condition and packaging.
All EVident Battery sensors include a one-year limited warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. If a product is found to be defective during this period, we’ll repair or replace it at no additional cost.

You are solely responsible for: (a) verifying all Outputs; (b) determining the suitability of the Software for your use case; and (c) all decisions, actions, and omissions taken in reliance on the Software or Outputs. You agree not to rely on the Software or Outputs as the sole basis for any decision.
3. Not Safety-Critical Use
The Software is not designed, intended, or certified for use in any safety-critical, life-saving, or fail-safe application, or any application where errors, delays, or failures could reasonably be expected to result in personal injury, death, environmental harm, or significant property damage (“Safety-Critical Use”). You shall not use the Software for any Safety-Critical Use, and Provider disclaims any responsibility or liability arising from any such use.
4. Data and Output Limitations
Outputs depend on data inputs and conditions outside Provider’s control, including sensor selection and placement, mounting, calibration, configuration, environmental conditions, connectivity, interference, maintenance practices, and user operation. Outputs may include false positives, false negatives, delays, or omissions. Provider does not guarantee that the Software or Outputs will identify all faults, events, conditions, or risks.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE SOFTWARE AND OUTPUTS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE. You shall defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Provider and its officers, directors, employees, contractors, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or relating to: (a) your access to or use of the Software; (b) your reliance on Outputs; (c) your violation of this Agreement; or (d) your violation of any law, regulation, or third-party right.
9. Acknowledgement
BY USING THE SOFTWARE, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTAND, AND AGREE TO THE DISCLAIMERS, EXCLUSIONS, AND LIMITATIONS IN THIS SECTION, AND THAT THEY FORM AN ESSENTIAL BASIS OF THE BARGAIN BETWEEN YOU AND PROVIDER.
